Do not rely on Content for health, mental health, legal, financial, fitness, or other regulated decisions. Consult qualified professionals as needed. We do not guarantee any outcome from applying ideas we share.

HugoQi explores identity, habits, and intentional rebuilding. Content may be educational in tone but is not a substitute for licensed or certified services.

Use & property

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website unlawfully or to attack our systems;
  • copy or republish Content for commercial use without permission;
  • impersonate HugoQi or harass others in connection with the Website.

We may restrict access if you violate these Terms.

Intellectual property

Content and branding are owned by HugoQi or licensors. You receive only a limited right to access the Website for personal, non-commercial use. Do not use our name or marks to imply endorsement without written permission.

Links (e.g. Instagram) leave our control. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

  • Contact form — you consent to our processing your message to respond; see the Privacy Policy.
  • Newsletter — you opt in to email until you unsubscribe; we do not sell your address. We may use an email service provider.

Warranties & liability

THE WEBSITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUGOQI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; where they apply, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify HugoQi against claims arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

General

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign freely.

Governing law: California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes: state or federal courts in California; you consent to jurisdiction there.
